ELECTRONIC FUEL LEVEL DETECTING APPARATUS HAVING TEMPERATURE COMPENSATING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An electronic fuel level detecting apparatus is provided to electronically detect fuel level of fluid contained in a storage tank even if ambient temperature varies by adding a compensation function to the electronic fuel level detecting apparatus with respect to the temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: An electronic fuel level detecting apparatus includes an electronic sensing device(110) for detecting fuel level of fluid contained in a storage tank(101), a temperature compensating section(120) for compensating for an ambient temperature of the electronic sensing device(110), and a display section(140) for displaying fuel level of the fluid. The electronic sensing device(110) has a plurality of thermister chips(112), a housing(113) and an anchor detecting chip(115). A printed circuit board(111) is vertically aligned in the storage tank(101). The printed circuit board(111) and the thermister chips(112) are accommodated in the housing(113) in such a manner that predetermined parts of the printed circuit board(111) and the thermister chips(112) are exposed to an exterior.
