<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and shutting type filter having a filtering function only when a cap is opened. <P>SOLUTION: A reserve tank comprises: a cover-shaped cap 1; a bar-shaped interlocking member 2 integrally arranged to be perpendicular and extend downward to a cover surface of the cap 1; the opening and shutting type filter 3 connecting with a lower end of the interlocking member 2 and opening and shutting a filter surface in connection with rotary motions of the cap 1; and a reserve tank body 5 housing the opening and shutting type filter 3 and having a charging inlet 51 as an opening in which the cap 1 is installed at an upper portion. An inflow port 52 leading working oil returned from a hydraulic unit is arranged on the reserve tank body 5, and a fixed filter 6 operating independently from the opening and shutting type filter 3 is arranged on the inflow port 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
