<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ballpoint pen 1 which can smoothly press fit a writing tip, can prevent erroneous press fitting of the tip, can reduce a manufacturing cost by decreasing manufacturing processes, and which can surely fill an ink. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ballpoint pen 1 comprises the step of bringing the outer peripheral surface of the oblique surface state of a filling nozzle 6 into pressure contact with the inner peripheral edge 31 of the front end opening of an ink containing tube 3 when the ink 4 is filled in the ink containing tube 3. The method further comprises the step of disposing the front end of the ink 4 filled in the tube 4 at the front end opening of the tube 3, and press fitting fixedly the writing tip 2 for rotatably holding a ball at the leading end, at the front end opening of the tube 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
