发明名称 OIL CONTROLLER FOR TWO-STROKE CYCLE ENGINE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil controller for a two-stroke cycle engine which feeds the optimum oil amount into the engine in the running condition by estimating an engine load without use of a throttle opening sensor and depending on it, and prevents the environmental pollution resulting from an excessive and wasteful oil consumption and flue gas. SOLUTION: A change-over valve 11 is provided on an oil feeding passage 10 at an outlet side of an oil pump communicating the engine, and the change-over valve 11 is connected to an inlet side of the oil pump via an oil return passage 14 in the oil controller 15 for the two-stroke cycle engine. The oil controller is provided with a rotational speed arithmetic circuit 19 for calculating a rotational speed N from a rotation detecting signal (b) of the engine, a rotation fluctuating degree arithmetic circuit 20 for calculating a rotation fluctuating degree D from the rotation detecting signal (b), and a load arithmetic circuit 21 for calculating an engine load from the rotation fluctuating degree D. Further, the valve 11 has a controlled variable amount arithmetic circuit 22 for calculating a controlled variable of the change-over valve based on the calculated rotational speed N and the engine load L, and a change-over valve driving circuit 23 for driving the change-over valve 11 based on the calculated controlled variable.
