PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cylindrical toy fireworks having high safety and capable of providing various interesting phenomena. SOLUTION: Explosives such as emission explosive 3, emission ball 4, time prolonging explosive 8 or the like are charged on a sealing bottom part in a paper tube 1 to form an explosive part 5. A part above the explosive part in the paper tube is a cavity part 10, a lateral hole 6 is provided on a side wall of the paper tube corresponding to substantially boundary between the explosive part and the cavity part, and a fuse 7 is inserted into the lateral hole.
