PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control method and a print control program capable of controlling both a printer equipped with first and second cutters and a printer equipped with only one cutter. SOLUTION: A decision is made whether the second cutter is mounted on a printer or not and when mounting of the second cutter is not detected, a plurality of image data being printed are transmitted, as independent print data, to the printer and printed. When mounting of the second cutter is detected, the longitudinal and lateral widths of a print sheet loaded to the printer are acquired and the image arranging position for synthesizing print images is calculated along with the cut position and cut width of the print sheet. Subsequently, a synthesis image corresponding to the image arranging position thus calculated is formed and a command for cutting out a synthesis image forming region is generated and then they are transmitted to the printer and printed.
