PURPOSE: A sound insulation sheet is provided to facilitate production and improve sound insulating and absorbing effects and thermal insulation effect. CONSTITUTION: A sound insulation sheet includes a first foaming material layer(10) and a second foaming material layer(12) layered on the first foaming material layer. The second foaming material layer has lower specific gravity than the specific gravity of the first foaming material layer. Plural spaced protrusions(16) are formed on the outer surface of the first foaming material layer. The sound insulation sheet further has at least one foaming material layer(14) layered on the second foaming material layer.
