APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM FOR DELIVERING DATA ON ROUTE GUIDANCE FOR PEDESTRIAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an operator as a pedestrian to recognize a current position properly and grasp a route up to a destination easily, even at a place where recognition of the current position is difficult such as in an underground shopping arcade.

SOLUTION: An apparatus is provided with a route searching portion 17 for searching for an underground route on the basis of map data, a route guidance data forming portion 15 which forms guidance data for guiding the operator to the searched underground route on the basis of the map data and guide signboard data, and a transmitting data forming portion 12 which forms transmitting data for displaying a line of characters of the guide signboard on a display screen on the basis of the formed guidance data.
