<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a plotting time in a method by which the surface and/or the inside of glass are plotted by scanning with a plurality of luminous fluxes of laser beams. <P>SOLUTION: The method of plotting on glass is characterized in that a plurality of lines are simultaneously plotted by using such an interferometer as a Mach-Zehnder interferometer or a Michelson interferometer. A laser irradiation device, composed of a laser oscillator, an interferometer composed of a mirror and a half-mirror, an optical modulator, a focusing lens mounted on a linear translator, an objective lens and a galvanomirror, is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
