<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a balance between the distinguishability of perforations and the decorative face of the surface of a packaging material by allowing colors or gloss to remain through the openings of perforations formed by laser processing, despite laser beam irradiation for the formation of the perforations. <P>SOLUTION: An underneath layer 10 comprising an ink containing a substance that does not absorb a laser beam or reflects it is bonded to the lower side of a surface decorative-material layer. By causing laser beams to reach the underneath layer 10 from the surface decorative-material layer 2 side, a tear-off section 8 having the perforations 6 formed by the laser processing is defined.
