PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic unit excellent in assemblability. SOLUTION: In the stroboscopic unit whose assembly/connection work is performed after a casing is fixed on a base plate in the conventional manner, the connection of a lead 20 and a light emitting tube and the assembly of a reflection mirror and the light emitting tube are completed in advance, and the stroboscopic unit 10 being a single body is used, whereby the man-hour is drastically reduced in the case of handling the unit 10 by an automatic mounter or performing soldering work in the case of mounting it on the base plate related to handling such as storage or transportation. The unit 10 is mounted on the base plate 30 together with a capacitor 22 and a sensor 26 or the like. The leads 20, 24 and 28 of the unit 10 and parts such as the capacitor 22 and the sensor 26 pierce through the through-holes 32, 34 and 36 of the base plate 30 and their edges project from the back side of the base plate 30, so that they are automatically soldered from the back side of the base plate 30, that is, an opposite surface to the mounted surface after they are fixed on the base plate 30 with an adhesive.
