PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of immunoassay excellent in precision of measurement and in facility. SOLUTION: The method of immunoassay includes as shown in Fig. 1: a process St1 preparing a 1st antibody and a protein antigen including an epitope with which the 1st antibody capable of specifically bonding; a process St2 in which the epitope of the protein antigen is exposed by bringing into contact with a 2nd antibody and the protein antigen; and a process St3 in which the 1st antibody is brought into contact with the protein antigen after the process St2.
