PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water storage tank capable of supplying an excreta measuring device with water appropriate for cleaning even in the case that water supplied from a water stop valve is not sterilized such as recycled water. SOLUTION: Water taken out of a branch metal fixture 107 of the water stop valve 106 is made to be supplied to the excreta measuring device 10 via the water storage tank 22 provided independently of a low tank 105. Since the water storage tank 22 is provided with both a function unit 40 which serves as a filter for filtering foreign matter from the water and a function unit 50 which serves as a bacteriostatic means for suppressing the propagation of bacteria and mold spores, it is possible to supply the excreta measuring device 10 with the water appropriate for cleaning even in the case that the water supplied from the water stop valve 106 is not sterilized such as recycled water.
