PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence by other gas components as much as possible and accurately measure hydrogen gas concentration in an exhaust gas from a steel converter, etc., by using a thermal conduction gas analyzer having a simple and robust structure. SOLUTION: While gas analyzers 5, 6 measure CO gas concentration and CO<SB>2</SB>gas concentration in an exhaust gas, the thermal conduction gas analyzer 1 measures the thermal conductivity of the exhaust gas. The hydrogen gas concentration in the exhaust gas is found based on the measured CO gas concentration, the CO<SB>2</SB>gas concentration and the thermal conductivity by using a relational expression between the thermal conductivity and gas composition or a previously created analytical curve.
