摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a quantitative measurement extending from low concentration to high concentration by fluorescent emission detection without adjusting an observation optical system. SOLUTION: This chemical analytic device has a rotating mechanism for separating and condensing a specified component in a solution held in a vessel by use of centrifugal force, and a detecting mechanism for performing a fluorescent emission detection to measure the concentration of the specified component. This device has a means for adjusting the quantity ratio of the excitation light that is the input of a detector to the fluorescent emission that is the output of the detector so that the fluorescent emission keeps linearity to the excitation light. Accordingly, the quantitative measurement can be performed extending from low concentration to high concentration, and the throughput of measurement can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
