PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a driving attitude which can assure a backward visual field at backward running. SOLUTION: A seat unit for an industrial vehicle comprises an accelerator lever 10 provided as an accelerator operating means which can manually operate a vehicle traveling unit instead of an accelerator pedal 7 by disposing a seat 1 at an adjustable rotary position to a body 3 by rotatably supporting the lever 10 to the body 3 by a rotating mechanism 5.
