PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily couple a channel material to the flange or the like of a shape steel by utilizing the opening part of the channel material. SOLUTION: A plate-like implement is bent to provide an implement body 1 with substantially inverted U-shaped cross section. A locking part 2 for locking a building material P is provided by cutting out the vicinity of the bent part 1A of the body 1. A clamping screw 5 for clamping the material P is screwed to the upper end of the part 2. A pair of inserting pieces 3 to be inserted into the opening of a channel material Q are provided oppositely by cutting out the vicinity of the opening end 1B of the body 1. A reinforcing implement 4 for reinforcing the pieces 3 is provided by detachably installing at the pieces 3. Engaging grooves 3A, 4A for engaging the connecting parts of the pieces 3 to the implement 4 are provided.
