PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the offsetting between the rotary frequency of the rotary basic degree of a crank shaft 3 and the frequency of the antiresonance of a vibration system with an engine operated at a nearly constant speed. SOLUTION: This device has: a variable engine speed means 15 for setting the frequency of the antiresonance of the vibration system to the engine speed fluctuation to a value near the rotary frequency of the rotary base degree in the rotation speed of the crank shaft 3 in a basic operation state in which the crank shaft 3 is rotated at a nearly constant speed; a detection means for detecting fluctuation in rotary speed of around variation in the rotation speed of the crank shaft 3 by means of the variable engine speed means 15; and a rotation speed adjusting means for adjusting the rotation speed of the crank shaft 3 in a basic rotation status to the rotation speed of the crank shaft while the crank shaft 3 is rotated in a minimum fluctuation out of the fluctuation detected by the detection means.
