PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane coupling agent-coated inorganic filler that has excellent workability and surface-coating effects, and that can significantly improve, when contained in a composition, the reinforcing properties of the composition, and to provide an organic polymer composition containing the filler that is excellent in strength. SOLUTION: The silane coupling agent-coated inorganic filler is obtained by surface treatment of an inorganic filler with a coating agent comprising a silane coupling agent and a film-formable resin.
