METHOD FOR PREVENTING SWING OF CRANE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing swing of a crane capable of reducing residual swing. SOLUTION: An operation by an existing speed pattern, an operation by a speed pattern in which only a deceleration part of the existing speed pattern is corrected and an operation by a speed pattern in which only an acceleration part of the existing speed pattern is corrected are performed. Angular speed and angles (points P1, P2 and P3) of a swing motion at a point of time of the completion of the horizontal traveling in each operation are compared one another to determine a correspondence relation of corrected amount (ΔT) of the deceleration part and the acceleration part and changed amount (Va, Vd) of the angular speed and angles at the point of time of the completion of the horizontal traveling generated by the correction. The operation is performed by the speed pattern with adjusted corrected amount of the deceleration part and acceleration part of the existing speed pattern to cancel (V0) the angular speed and angle at the time of point of the completion of the horizontal traveling in the operation by the existing speed pattern by using the correspondence relation.
