PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure-monitoring device which facilitates work for filling air into a tire of which the air pressure is insufficient. SOLUTION: This tire air pressure-monitoring device is equipped with monitoring unit 20 which determines whether the air pressure of tire is normal or not by comparing the output of a pressure sensor which generates an output indicating air pressures of four tires fitted on a vehicle with a specified value, and a mounted battery power source 56 which feeds operation power to an indicator 46 of the unit through an ignition switch 58. In this case, a second battery power source 60 which is provided separately from the mounted battery power source 56, and a control switch 64 which is arranged in a cabin, and feeds the operation power by connecting the second battery power source 60 with the indicator 46 by the control of the user are provided. When the user tries to check the tire during the work, the indicator 46 is operated to display by simply operating the control switch 46 without turning on the ignition switch 58.
