PURPOSE: A handsfree device in which a memory card is installed is provided to record and reproduce call contents by installing the memory card in a handsfree. CONSTITUTION: A body portion(30) connects to a mobile phone. A voice input and output unit(70) is formed in the body portion(30) for inputting and outputting a voice signal. A memory unit stores the voice signal inputted and outputted through the voice input and output unit(70). A command input unit(50) has a plurality of buttons for inputting a reproducing command, a record command, a stop command and a search command with respect to the voice signal stored in the memory unit. A display unit(60) displays the execution state of the command inputted through the command input unit(50). A control unit(40) controls the transmission and reception of the command inputted through the command input unit(50) and the voice signal.
