PURPOSE: A low pressure intermitting apparatus of a hydraulic engine pump for a life saving equipment is provided to prevent an engine from getting overload by supplying only high pressure oil while bypassing low pressure oil in a hydraulic pump block when the life saving equipment is used to cut, crush or separate, and supplying high pressure and low pressure simultaneously at initial status without overload. CONSTITUTION: Bypass channels(45,46) are formed on the middles of oil suction ports(35,36) through which oil is introduced into a low pressure pump. Low pressure supply channels(39,40) are formed on lower ends of the oil suction ports, respectively, to be connected with high pressure supply channels(29,30). Low pressure oil bypass parts(43,44) are formed to connect the bypass channels and the low pressure supply channels. Outlets(47,48) are formed one sides of the low pressure oil bypass parts to be directly connected with an oil tank. Low pressure oil circulation intermitting channels(42) are formed on outlet sides of the low pressure supply channels to be connected with the high pressure supply channels, and act as check valves using balls(72) and springs(74). Oil intermitting bolts(17,18) are coupled to the low pressure oil bypass parts, and have springs(69) and balls(68) to act as check valves and to allow pressure to be set, and spools(49) formed on lower ends thereof and moved depending on pressure to open and close circulation holes by movement thereof so as to intermit circulation of oil.
