CONSTITUTION: The buyer searches the goods by connecting to the shopping mall(S01). The buyer analyzes the price and the basic information of the goods(S02). If the buyer feels the insufficiency for the goods information, the buyer solves the question through the direct chatting with the consultant by requesting the consultant connection(S04). The buyer buys the goods through a goods buying procedure(S07). A manager of the shopping mall delivers the goods to a place wanted by the buyer after confirming the settlement(S08). If the buyer is unsatisfied with the goods, the buyer requests the consultant connection of the goods by connecting to the shopping mall(S11). The buyer solves the unsatisfied particulars through the consultant connection(S12).
