<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impurity removal method of a swash plate type fluid machine and its device capable of efficiently removing impurities such as metal powder with a simple structure, and capable of reducing frequency of maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The swash plate type fluid machine 40 is provided with a swash plate 8 built in a housing 17, and a piston 7 in a cylinder 6 reciprocating, while slidingly rotating with respect to the swash plate 8, by its relative movement. The fluid machine is characterized by that a floating electrode is formed at least at a part of the housing 17, and of a passage of a discharge/intake pipe of a working fluid; a D.C. power source 24 is installed outside the housing 17 to connect the negative electrode of the power source 24 to the floating electrode; and thereby metal ions dissolved into the working fluid are deposited on the floating electrode as a metal substance 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
