PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute loading and unloading work in a short time and efficiently by installing a simplified crane on a small vehicle such as a truck and a tractor. SOLUTION: This vehicle comprises the simplified crane A comprising a pillar 1 rotatable in a pillar circumference direction, a boom 2 with a hook 6 installed on the pillar 1 to be capable of swinging, and a flange part 7 formed at a lower end of the pillar 1, a base B having a receiving part 10 where the flange part 7 is placed, and a cavity part S on the lower surface side of the receiving part 10 for the flange part, and a vehicle D on which the simplified crane A is installed. The base B is installed on a proper position of the vehicle D. The flange part 7 of the simplified crane A is fixed to the receiving part 10 on the base B through a fixing device 20.
