PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems with the conventional advertisements that the advertisements mainly consist of fixed advertisements or the advertisements to be rotationally moved by mechanical driving, that there are restrictions in advertisement places, sizes and areas, that the cost of production is high and that the investment and the economical effect in the short-term advertisement are non-profittable. SOLUTION: A driving device is connected and installed with an electrode. The system comprises an electrostatic electrode film which consists of a transparent or opaque polyethylene terephthalate film (PET film) and an indium tin oxide (ITO) and has three-layered electrodes of a combination of + and -and a film printed with designs to be advertised is moved in a clearance within 1 cm, by which the surfaces of glass, poles, walls, ceilings, etc., not heretofore utilized are utilized and persons are provided with a concern by moving of an advertisement body.
