PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor generating no image irregularities because the photosensitive layer film formed thereon is uniform, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the above electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having the photosensitive layer on a substrate, the substrate is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and has a layer containing aluminum oxide on its surface in the photosensitive layer side. When the photosensitive layer is formed by a dip method using a coating liquid for the photosensitive layer on the surface of the substrate, the substrate is dipped in the coating liquid for the photosensitive layer while the substrate is heated to a temperature higher than the coating liquid for the photosensitive layer. The process cartridge and the electrophotographic device are equipped with the above electrophotographic photoreceptor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
