PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material which causes no dye stain, has higher sensitivity and suppresses pressure fogging. SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material contains at least one compound selected from the compounds represented by formula (1) or (2) and a J-band aggregating sensitizing dye.
