PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic label which is excellent in water resistance, thermally curls less than the conventional one when used as a printing label by means of a heat-fixing electrophotographic printer or a thermal fixing electrophotographic copy machine and is capable of continuous printing of a large number of sheets, and to provide an electrophotographic label which is excellent in water resistance as base material of a masking seal, a label for preventing re-covering and so on and requires no specified processing before peeling. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic label is provided with an adhesive layer (B) and a release paper (C) on one surface of a base material layer (A) made of thermoplastic resin film.
