PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable observing of the internal tissue in addition to the surface tissue of a section to be inspected. SOLUTION: The microscope is provided with a multi-photon microscope 1, an optical fiber bundle 20 disposed with its one end face at the focal plane of a first objective lens 14 possessed by the multi-photon microscope 1, and a second objective lens 57 arranged to use the other end face of the optical fiber bundle 20 as a light source. The fluorescence 34 from a focal point by the second objective lens 27 within the section 33 to be examined is observed by the multi-photon microscope 1, by which the observation of the internal tissue of the section 33 to be examined is made possible.
