PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently seal a portion between a fixed scroll and a turning scroll for a long period and to enhance lubrication performance between the scrolls. SOLUTION: A sealing means 40 introducing lubricating oil 31 to a tip of a lap 22 of the turning scroll 20 and sealing the portion between the lap 33 and the fixed scroll 24 by means of the lubricating oil 31, is provided. The sealing means 40 is disposed to a boss portion 23 of an end plate 21 of the turning scroll 20, and has a guide hole 41 communicating to an oil reservoir 32 disposed between the boss portion 23 and a rotating shaft 12, and a lap flow passage 42 whose one end is connected with the guide hole 41 and other end passes through the lap 22 to be opened to a tip of the lap 22.
