PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sloped wall verge member of clay tiled lower roofing and a sloped wall verge construction which can be carried out easily in a short time by hardly using roofing earth. SOLUTION: A main body 10 having an attaching surface 12 on the whole surface in the length direction with heated and extended roof tile bearing portion 13 at the opposite side of an attaching surface 12 formed to shelves shape continuously at the opposite side of the attaching surface 12 and a flange portion 11 formed below the bearing portion 13 of heated and extended roof tile are formed to one united body of the sloped wall verge member 1 attached to a position floated by a predetermined amount from the top surface of the lower roof 7a of a hung wall 8, with a tip portion of a skirt-shaped seal member 2 being attached to make a contact with the upper surface of the roof tile 7 to the flange 11 directly below; and to the flange portion 11, a cover member 3 containing mortar to close a gap between the roof ridge and a flat roof surface is provided; and the bearing portion of the ridge roof tile 13 is fastened with a screw 5 in a state of bearing the ridge roof tile 4 as the feature of the construction.
