PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily couple a working device body of construction machinery with a tool without repairing the side of the working device body or the side of the tool, even if a through-hole on the side of the working device body is not equal in hole diameter to a through-hole on the side of the tool, when the working device body is coupled with the tool via a coupling pin which passes through the through-hole opened on the side of the working device body and the through-hole opened on the side of the tool. SOLUTION: A sleeve 15, whose outside diameter dimensions correspond to the inside diameter of a bearing 14 for being internally fitted into an arm-side through-hole 13a and whose inside diameter dimensions correspond to the pin diameter of a first coupling pin 12, is interposed between the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole 13a and the outer peripheral surface of the coupling pin 12.
