PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface temperature-reducing sheet having a structure with which the surface temperature of a radiated exterior box is greatly reduced without obstructing heat radiation generated inside an electronic device or with promoting heat radiation. SOLUTION: The surface temperature reducing sheet is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer, a metal layer and a film having a plurality of projected structure bodies on the surface in this order.
