PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam which can avoid a bottom-out phenomenon under a high load and can exhibit high impact resilience by using a polyol having a molecular weight above a certain value, a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and a crosslinking agent having three or more functional groups. SOLUTION: In a foam having high impact resilience, comprising a polyurethane resin obtained by mixing a polyol, an isocyanate and various additives, the polyol used has a molecular weight of 6,000 or higher, the isocyanate used comprises a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and one of the additives used comprises a crosslinking agent having a functionality of 3 or higher, in an amount of 1-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the whole polyol.
