PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneously, simply and economically producing anα-amylase inhibitor and a lipase inhibitor. SOLUTION: This method for simultaneously producing theα-amylase inhibitor and the lipase inhibitor comprises (1) suspending cereal powder in an acidic solution having pH 2.0-pH 3.0 at≤30°C to prepare a suspension and obtaining soluble materials from the suspension and (2) obtaining an extract solution containing the soluble materials from the suspension, and then adding NaCl to the extract solution to adjust the final concentration of NaCl to≥1.5 mol to obtain a precipitate, wherein (3) preferably, the final concentration is 2.0 mol.
