SOLUTION: The medicine comprises a new 1,4,5,6-tetrahydroimidazo[4,5- d]benzazepine derivative represented by general formula (ring D is a phenylene or pyridinediyl; X and Y are the same or different and are each CH or N; R1, R2and R3are the same as or different from each other and are each a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, a halogen or a lower alkyl) or its pharmaceutically permissible salt as active ingredient.
