PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capping device which can prevent a locking part at a lower end of a cylindrical part from being imperfectly molded in the molding of a cap. SOLUTION: This capping device is equipped with a roller head body 3, a screw part forming unit 5 which has a screw part forming roller 19 for forming the screw part of the cap, and a locking part forming unit 6 which has a locking part forming roller 29 for forming the locking part of the cap.
