PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a measuring kit for measuring a tumor- related antigen RCASI simply and highly sensitively, and a measuring method of the RCASI capable of measurement reflecting a clinical stage and a measuring kit for performing the method. SOLUTION: The RCASI in a specimen is measured by a method including (A) a step for processing the specimen by sialidase, and (B) a step for measuring the RCASI included in the specimen after sialidase processing by utilizing an antigen-antibody reaction between the RCASI and a first anti-RCASI antibody.
