PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat disposing structure for a vehicle which can improve the visibility and comfortableness of an occupant sitting on each row seat by facilitating the accommodation of the seat. SOLUTION: In the seat disposing structure for the vehicle comprising: a first row seat 2; a second row seat 3; and a third row seat 4 disposed over longitudinal three rows on a floor F, the floor F is steplessly formed so as to rise from forward to backward at the seats 2, 3 and 4 of the respective rows so that the second row seat 3 can rise forward the seat 3c, a back 3b is constituted of a folding seat maintainable in a forward toppling horizontal state, the third row seat 4 is constituted of a holding seat rotated backward together with the seat 4c maintainable in a backward rotated and horizontal state after the back 4b is forwardly toppled, in a state that the second row seat 3 and the third row seat 4 are accommodated, and a load space having a flat bottom is formed from the rear of the first row seat 2 to the rear end of the third row seat horizontal state.
