PURPOSE: A structure for measuring a hydroplaning performance of a tire is provided to reduce waste of water by recirculating water and to prevent an environmental contamination by reducing an amount of pigments contained in water. CONSTITUTION: A structure for measuring a hydroplaning performance of a tire includes a road surface(1), a water receiving section(2) formed on the road surface(1), a glass plate(3) installed at a bottom of the water receiving section(2), a water level adjusting pipe(7) movably installed on the bottom of the water receiving section(2), a water reservoir(4) communicated with the water level adjusting pipe(7) through a connection pipe(8), and a water feeding pump(5) for feeding water to the water receiving section(2) from the water reservoir(4). The water level adjusting pipe(7) is formed with a scale.
