PURPOSE: Provided is a composition comprising water soluble dietary fiber from corn hull. The composition has excellent anti-obesity effect, anticancer activity and immunity regulating activity. CONSTITUTION: A composition is characterized by comprising, as an active ingredient, water soluble dietary fiber which is obtained by the steps of: removing proteins and starch from the corn hull, and followed by alkali-extraction; and treating the extract with enzyme, followed by filtration, purification and drying.
