<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing dithranol, for topical administration in chronic dermatosis treatment, having long term stability even at a high concentration, hardly stimulating the skin and hardly staining the skin and clothes. <P>SOLUTION: This composition comprises an oily water submicron emulsion having an oily water phase and the submicron emulsion contains several bilayer follicles in a dispersed state, wherein the follicle has≤450 nm mean particle diameter, one kind of the follicle is an oily liquid lipid phase, the other kind of the follicle is a liquid phase and a nonionic oily liquid lipid material having a lipid phase of the mentioned above contains solubilized dithranol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
