<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear-end collision preventing device having high recognizing ability in warning operation at urgency stop. <P>SOLUTION: The rear-end collision preventing device 20 comprises a rear-end collision preventing switch 15 connected to a pulse output X from a hazard unit 14 for flashing turn signal lamps 8, 9, 11, 12 by turning a hazard switch 5 on and to a DC power output B, an auxiliary relay 16 for closing a contact connected to a DC power supply 1 in the energized state of the DC power output B, and a stop lamp flashing relay 17 for opening a contact connected to right and left stop lamps 22, 23 and a contact of the DC power supply 1 to be applied via the auxiliary relay 16 in the energized condition of the pulse output X of the rear-end collision preventing switch 15 and for closing the two contacts in the shut-off condition so that the DC power supply 1 energizes the stop lamps 22, 23 to be lit on. When the hazard switch 5 and the rear-end collision preventing switch 15 are turned on, the right and left stop lamps 22, 23 are flashed alternately with the turn signal lamps 8, 9, 11, 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
