PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture optical members resistant to damage resulting form an external force, etc., and resistant to reduction in performance caused by the damage. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a plastic optical member includes a process of forming a resin layer containing at least a polymer on a surface of a plastic molded body, by spraying polymer droplets containing heated and melted fluorine by an inert gas heated more than a melting temperature on a surface of the optical member.
