PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensation device capable of dispensing surely a desired quantity of a liquid sample from a nozzle to a well. SOLUTION: This dispensation device 1 has a pump 3 for sucking/discharging a liquid by increasing/decreasing the volume of a pump space 34 defined inside, a nozzle 5 having a bore 51 communicated with the pump space 34, and a moving mechanism 6 for moving the nozzle 5. The device 1 is constituted so as to execute a nozzle insertion process for lowering the nozzle 5, and inserting at least the tip part of the nozzle 5 inside the well 7, a nozzle lifting process for lifting the nozzle 5 at first speed as long as a prescribed distance, operating the pump 3, and discharging the liquid sample, and a nozzle extraction process for extracting the tip part of the nozzle 5 from the well 7 at second speed higher than the first speed after lifting the nozzle 5 as long as the prescribed distance in the nozzle lifting process.
