PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve structure capable of reducing the friction force in a sliding part. SOLUTION: The rotary valve comprises a cylindrical rotating member 4 in which a fluid passage is formed and a body member 1 with which the rotating member is slackly engaged to be rotatable, and an intake port and an outlet port for the fluid to flow are disposed in the body member.
