PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Lissajous figure displaying device for easily determining how a Lissajous figure is changed and at what sampling time point the change is produced. SOLUTION: A waveform display device 1 is equipped with a storage part 3 for storing therein sampled data Da and Db obtained by sampling input signals S1 and S2, a control part 6 for causing a display part 4 to display thereon the Lissajous figure according to the input signals S1 and S2 between a first sampling time point and a second sampling time point after the first sampling time point based on the stored data Da and Db, and an operation part 5 allowing an operation for specifying the two time points. The operation part 5 is made so as to allow an operation for arbitrarily changing the second time point with respect to the Lissajous figure displayed on the display part 4, and the control part 6 causes the display part 3 to display thereon the Lissajous figure between the first sampling time point and the second sampling time point changed by the changing operation of the operation part 5.
