PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a food well by making it easy to see the state of a food under heating in a heating chamber in a heating cooker for oscillating high frequency from the bottom of the heating chamber into the heating chamber. SOLUTION: This heating cooker has the heating chamber 2, a magnetron 10 for generating high frequency, a food mounting plate 9 consisting of a dielectric provided on the bottom part of the heating chamber 2, a void 13 having an upper surface shared by the foot mounting plate 9 and a bottom surface covered with a metal plate 13a, a rotating antenna 11 provided in the void 13 and diffusing the high frequency generated from the magnetron 10 to the heating chamber 2, and an illuminating lamp 16 for lighting the inner part of the heating chamber 2.
